How long will it take for my article to be written?

The answer is.... it depends.

The time-frame will vary depending on a number of factors including (but not limited to): the desired length of the article, amount of research required, if I need to conduct any interviews, and if you require any revisions. I prefer to not rush the process, however, in most cases your article will be completed within 1-2 weeks (after I have received the initial payment from you). If you are under a tight deadline, I may be able to accommodate a rush delivery for an additional fee. Please inform me if you are working with a shorter time frame prior to the work starting.

Do you require payment up front?

Yes, I will require 50% of the total cost to be paid up front. The remaining half is to be paid within 15 days of the project being completed.

What payment methods/currencies do you accept?

I am happy to accept fiat payments in CAD, USD, GBP, AUD. I also will accept cryptocurrency payment in either Bitcoin or Ethereum.


You may send payment either by Interac e-transfer, by PayPal, ACH transfer or wire transfer. If you want to send payment via wire transfer, please contact me and I will provide you with the account number, SWIFT code, and address.

For Interac e-transfer, you may send it to erica@byericarae.com (you shouldn't need to provide a question as it is autodeposit).

If you are located in the United States and would like to send payment via ACH transfer, just let me know and I will send you the appropriate information to complete the transfer.

Can I hire you on a retainer?

Yes - If you'd like to discuss hiring me on retainer, you can get started by booking a call with me on Calendly, or feel free to send an email to erica@byericarae.com.

Couldn't I just hire someone on Fiverr to write my blog post for cheaper?

Sure you can. But I'm not on Fiverr.
